PECAN PUFFS 
1 c. Crisco
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Cream Crisco, vanilla and powdered sugar; stir in flour, salt and pecans; blend well. Mold into 1" balls; place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes; roll in powdered sugar.
