MARINATED CARROTS | |
2 lbs. fresh carrots 1 med. onion 1 green pepper 2 sticks celery 1 can tomato soup 1/3 c. salad oil 3/4 c. vinegar 1 c. sugar Cook carrots, onion, pepper and celery together until tender. Drain. Mix soup, oil, vinegar and sugar together. Pour over hot vegetables and refrigerate overnight. |
