CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
5 whole chicken breasts cooked & chopped
1 can cream of mushroom (or cream of chicken) soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 sm. carton sour cream (8 oz.)
1 box Escort crackers
1 stick butter

Cook chicken breasts and take off bones. Mix first four ingredients together. Line bottom of Pyrex dish with two packs of crushed crackers. Pour chicken mixture over crackers. Over chicken, sprinkle two additional packs of crushed crackers. Cut butter into patties and place over top of casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
