SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef or sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti (should have about 3 cups). Stir butter into hot spaghetti then stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form spaghetti mixture into a crust in buttered 10 inch pie plate. Spread cottage cheese over crust. In skillet, cook ground beef or sausage, onion, and green pepper until meat is browned. Drain. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste and seasonings. Heat through. Turn meat mixture onto cottage cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake until cheese melts.
