FRESH CARROT CAKE 
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 1/4 c. honey
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. grated carrots
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. wheat flour
1 c. unbleached flour
1 c. hot water
2/3 c. nuts

Blend spices and butter. Gradually add honey and beat well. Beat in eggs, one at a time and stir in carrots. Sift baking powder with flour. Then add nuts and beat well. Put in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until well done.
