PECAN BUTTER CRUNCH | |
1 c. broken pecans 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. Karo corn syrup 1/2 tsp. vanilla Spray 9 inch pan with Pam. Cook nuts, butter, sugar, syrup and vanilla in heavy saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat. Stir constantly and cook until mixture becomes a deep golden brown color. Spread in pan. Cool 15 minutes before breaking into pieces. |
