PECAN CRUNCH COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. minced pecans
2 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar until light. Add vanilla and mix well. Add potato chips and nuts and mix slightly. Add flour and mix just until blended. Roll dough in small balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Mash each flat with a glass that has been dipped in powdered sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until just light brown. Sprinkle hot cookies with powdered sugar. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
