PECAN CRUNCH COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
2 c. flour, sifted

Cream sugar, butter and vanilla. Add crushed chips and pecans. Mix. Stir in flour. Form small balls and press with small glass wrapped with linen towel or similar cloth. Moisten with water (damp) dip in sugar and press ball down. Center with pecan or any other trim. Bake at 350 degrees for 16-18 minutes or until slightly browned.
