BEEFARONI 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
Med. onion, diced
1 stalk celery
Parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion and celery in melted butter or shortening in skillet. Add beef or turkey and fry until lightly browned. Add soup, water, and macaroni. Cook until macaroni is tender. Put in casserole and arrange cheese slices on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
