AU GRATIN POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. butter
1 (8-12 oz.) carton sour cream
2 c. grated American cheese

Melt butter, sour cream, cheese and soup in microwave. Mix with partially thawed hash browns. Use large casserole or 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
