WORLD'S EASIEST COBBLER CRUST 
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
4 c. sweetened fruit

Melt butter in baking dish. Mix other ingredients and stir into melted butter. Pour 4 cups sweetened fruit over batter and bake in moderate oven (375 degrees) until batter rises to top and is lightly browned, about 30 minutes. For a variety pie, add a can of fruit cocktail.
