4 1/2 c.sugar
1 lg. can Pet milk
3/4 tsp. salt
18 oz. chocolate chips
2 sticks butter
3 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, cream and salt and boil on medium heat for 10 minutes. Stir constantly. Place over chips, butter and vanilla. Beat with mixer for 3 to 5 minutes. Pour into ungreased 17 x 11 inch pan. Cool, cut into squares. Makes 4 1/2 to 5 pounds.
