TOASTED PECAN DELIGHTS | |
10 oz. Cool Whip 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (dry) 3 c. milk Whip together and set aside. Bake 1/2 hour at 325 degrees stirring often. 7 oz. coconut (optional) 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 c. flour 1 c. chopped pecans 1 stick butter, melted Mix together like a crumb mixture. Put half of baked crumb mixture in bottom of pan or bowl, add all of pudding mixture. Then add remaining crumb mixture. Chill. |
