TOASTED PECAN FROSTING 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Crisco (butter flavored)
1 c. pecans

In large boiler mix well sugar and flour. Add milk, stir and place over low heat. Place chopped pecans and Crisco in a small fryer. Over medium high heat cook and stir constantly until nuts are light brown. Add to mixture in boiler. Bring to a boil and boil for one minute. Stack cake while frosting is hot.
