MATZAH FARFEL PUDDING 
2 c. matzah farfel
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. oil
1 apple
Cinnamon, to taste

Wet farfel with cold water to soften slightly and pour off. In another bowl mix eggs, sugar, oil, salt, and cinnamon; add to farfel. Peel and slice (thin) apple. Add to mixture grease pan well. Pour in mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
