LEMON PIE 
Vanilla wafers
Butter
2 eggs, separated
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice (from real lemons is best)

Crumble vanilla wafers and mix with melted butter to make crust. Pat into bottom of pie pan. Combine 2 egg yolks, milk and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour over crust. Make meringue with egg whites and spread over filling. Brown meringue in oven.
