POLENTA CASSEROLE | |
1 recipe Thick Polenta 3 c. cooked sausage 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced 3 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Tomato sauce Saute mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes. Then place polenta in large buttered baking dish; level off top with a spoon and cover with sausage, mushrooms, sauce, and cheese. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and bake at 300 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serves 6. |
