CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/3 c. chocolate wafers, crumbled
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter

Pat into springform pan bottom and slightly up sides.

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. rum (optional)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. butter

Melt chocolate chips. Beat eggs, sugar and rum. Add sour cream. Cream the cream cheese. Add chocolate chips, sour cream, eggs and rum mixture, then butter; mix well. Pour in pan. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Cool 1 hour. Cheesecake will fall slightly.
