BROCCOLI AU GRATIN 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 can milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Cook broccoli for 5 minutes (or until just barely cooked), and place in a casserole dish. Mix the soup and milk. Pour over the broccoli. Sprinkle with the cheese and bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
