MINNESOTA FRUIT SALAD 
1 box macaroni rings (cooked)
1 can crushed pineapple
1 lg. can fruit cocktail
1 can (lg.) mandarin oranges
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows (colored or plain)

Drain pineapple and fruit cocktail juice. Heat juice. Mix flour and sugar, add beaten eggs. Add to juices. Cook until thick and add gelatin. Stir well until gelatin dissolves. Cool. Add macaroni, fruit and marshmallows. Chill several hours. Do not use juice from mandarin oranges.
