MOCK RASPBERRY JAM 
2 c. cut up green tomatoes
2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin

Blend the tomatoes in blender. Add sugar and mix. Simmer 20 minutes. Add raspberry Jello and stir until dissolved. Store in covered container in the refrigerator or freezer.
