MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. lean ground meat
1 lg. onion, chopped
Doritos Tortilla chips (11 oz. size)
2 cans Ranch style beans, undrained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans diced Ro-tel tomatoes

Brown meat and onions. Layer half of meat, cheese and chips in 13 x 11 x 2 baking pan. Add beans as center layer. Layer the remainder of meat, cheese and chips. Top with soup and then the tomatoes. Don't stir, but cut into mixture to let soup and tomato juice blend in. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
