MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. whole kernel corn (can use Mexi-corn)
1 pkg. corn bread mix

Brown beef until crumbly. Stir in dry taco seasoning mix. Add tomatoes and corn. Bring to soft boil, stirring frequently. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Carefully top with corn bread batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown.
