PEACH COBBLER 
2 c. peaches and 1 c. water or 1 lb. can peaches (plus juice - no water)
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. hot bread mix
1/3 c. milk

HOT BREAD MIX:

6 c. flour
3 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. Crisco

Mix dry ingredients; cut Crisco into flour until coarse meal. Store remainder.

Combine peaches, juice and cornstarch in pan; bring to boil. Transfer to 1 1/2-quart casserole. Combine sugar with hot bread mix. Stir in milk until dough holds together. Drop by tablespoon onto hot peaches. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serves 4-6.
