COTTAGE CHEESE CAKE 
2 cartons (1 1/2 lb.) cottage cheese
5 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
5 stiffly beaten egg whites

CRUST:

1/2 lb. graham crackers, rolled
1/4 lb. butter, melted

Work butter into crumbs and line a 9 x 13 inch pan with them. Pour filling into crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
