CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 lemon, juice only
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cornstarch
30 chicken wing drumettes

Heat all of above in saucepan just to boiling. Put chicken wings with tips removed into a 9 x 13 inch casserole and pour sauce over top. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Last 15 minutes remove cover and brown. Serves 15.
