1 c. butter
1 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
4 1/2 c. flour
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter, Crisco and sugars. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
