BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box raisin bran cereal
2 c. raisins
3 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. plain flour
2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg

Mix cereal, raisins, sugar, flour, soda, salt and spices in very large bowl. Mix eggs, oil, vanilla and buttermilk. Add to dry mixture and mix well. Bake in muffin tins (fill 1/2 to 3/4 full). Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Mixture can be stored in refrigerator covered for as long as 6 weeks and baked as needed.
