BLUEBERRY MUFFIN 
2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. double action baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil

Mix. Add 3/4 to 1 cup blueberries. Stir. Grease 20 to 24 muffin pans (miniature). Bake 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
