PEACH CUSTARD 
STEP 1:

Mix well the following ingredients, 2 minutes, medium speed: 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling 3 tbsp. softened butter 1 egg 1/2 c. milk

Pour mixture into a 10 inch pie pan.

STEP 2:
16 oz. can peaches

Drain syrup and save for use in Step 3. Arrange peaches in center and around sides of batter. Do not put peaches too close to the edge.

STEP 3:

Mix well the following ingredients: 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. syrup from peaches

Pour this on top of batter and peaches leaving about 1 inch around the sides. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and refrigerate until ready to use. Remove from refrigerator before using to allow custard to soften slightly.
