RAISIN BREAD PUDDING 
1 lb. raisin bread, cubed
1 qt. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter

Beat eggs; beat in sugar, milk, and vanilla. Pour over bread cubes; dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until brown and puffy.
