CHICKEN BREAST SUPREME 
6 boned, skinned & halved chicken breasts
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1/4 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 can undiluted mushroom soup

Cut breasts in half and brown in butter on both sides in large skillet. Place breasts in large baking dish, one layer thick. Saute mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add sour cream and mushroom soup. Blend well and place over chicken breasts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with paprika and serve on bed of rice.
