MACARONI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 c. macaroni
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 stick butter
2 eggs
1 1/2-2 c. sweet milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. French's mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar (optional)

Cook macaroni according to instructions on package. Drain and put in greased baking dish. While still warm, add butter so it will melt. Mix together eggs, milk (1 cup), mustard, salt and pepper and sugar. Sprinkle grated cheese over macaroni in dish.

Pour egg and milk mixture over to cover all macaroni (if needed, add more milk). Stir all of this with fork and make sure milk mixture covers it all. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes until center is no longer soft. Makes 4 good-size servings.
