SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
2 c. milk
2 to 3 c. Niblets corn
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
cracker crumbs

Fry sausage until browned; drain and set aside. Blend butter and flour to make paste. Add milk and heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Add sausage and corn. Pour mixture into a casserole bowl. Top with cracker crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
