EASY SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. sausage (Eckrich) sliced thin 2 tbsp. butter 4 potatoes, sliced thin 2 tbsp. onion, diced 1 can cream style corn 1 can tomato soup Salt and pepper to taste Melt butter in bottom of casserole dish. Add sliced thin potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Add onion. Spoon 1/2 can of corn on top, then add sausage, add rest of corn. Spoon tomato soup on top of corn. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. |
