1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
3 c. Special K cereal

Sift baking powder, flour and salt. Blend butter, sugar and vanilla beating until fluffy. Add egg, beat well. Stir in sifted dry ingredients then Special K cereal. Bake at 375 degrees 10 minutes until brown.
