CALIFORNIA CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of onion soup
2 cans water (rinse each can)
6 to 8 pieces of chicken

Spread uncooked rice evenly over the bottom of baking dish (13 x 9 x 2 inches). Place chicken over the rice (skin side up). Add the soups and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Check occasionally to see if liquids have evaporated. Add a little water.
