APPLE CARAMEL PUDDING 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. peeled, chopped apples

Mix well and put in deep baking dish. (Batter will be very thick.)

Mix the following together and bring to a boil:

2 c. water
Dash salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter

Pour over thick batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Delicious served warm with cream or ice cream.
