IRISH POTATO BAKE 
3 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cooked, drained & slightly mashed
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. grated American cheese
2 c. crumbs (Rice Krispies, Chex, etc.)
4 tbsp. butter, melted & mixed with crumbs

Blend potatoes, broccoli and sour cream. Place 1/2 mixture in bottom of greased 2 quart casserole. Add layer of cheese and crumbs. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through.
