1 lb. pork sausage 1 lb. ground beef 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 loaves petite rye bread Cook, crumble and drain meats. Add Velveeta to meats and stir until melted. Add seasonings. Stir and spread mixture onto bread. Broil slightly just before serving. Freezes well, makes 2 loaves. Yields 72 appetizers. |
