TEXAS CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 tsp. cumin
1 c. chopped green pepper
Two (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
1/4 to 1/3 c. chili powder
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 tbsp. oil
2 lg. cloves garlic, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Brown meat, onion, garlic and peppers. Add remaining ingredients and cook over low heat 1 hour.
