TAMALE CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) can tamales
1 (15 oz.) can chicken broth
1 (8 oz.) pkg. white tortilla chips
2 (15 oz.) cans chili
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

In a large casserole dish, break up 2/3 package of tortilla chips. Pour chicken broth over chips. Remove the wrapper from tamales and arrange in casserole dish over bed of tortilla chips. Cover tamales with chili. Layer 1 cup cheddar cheese, place remaining tortilla chips. Top with remaining cup of cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
