HUNGRY BOY'S CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can (1 lb.) pork and beans
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Sprinkle celery, onion and green pepper in bottom of 8 inch baking dish. Crumble ground beef on top. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Stir in pork and beans, catsup, water, garlic salt until well blended. Return to oven and bake approximately 25 minutes.
