BACON QUICHE 
Pie crust - 2 sticks
1 lb. bacon
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
4 sm. eggs, beaten
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. half and half
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Dash nutmeg

1. Mix pie dough and line 10 inch pie plate.

2. Fry bacon/drain/crumble.

3. Pour bacon and cheese on dough.

4. Combine all other ingredients and pour over.

5. Bake at 375 degrees for 65 minutes. Serves 6.
