LAMBS NECK STEW 
3 lb. lamb necks
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce

Boil lamb necks with salt, pepper, garlic salt and vinegar. Boil until tender, then add tomato sauce. Boil for 10 minutes. Turn off fire and let set for 20 minutes before serving.
