BAKED BEANS 
3 c. dry navy beans
10 c. water
1 c. tomato sauce
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. molasses
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 tsp. chili powder (homemade)

Pressure cook beans in water for 1 1/4 hours. Stir in rest of ingredients. Cook uncovered in crock pot for 8 hours on high or bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 6 hours, or 350 degrees for 3 hours. The slower the better.

Servings: 10.
