CHILI CHEESE BARS 
1 egg
1 c. flour
3/4 c. butter (softened)
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
2 c. (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 can green chili peppers (drained and chopped)
2 tbsp. onion (chopped)

Mix egg, flour, butter, cornmeal, salt and chili powder together. Press into an ungreased pan (jelly roll pan). Bake until firm, about 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Mix remaining ingredients, spread over baked layer. Bake until cheese in melted, about 20 minutes. Cool, cut into bars. 36 bars. 80 calories per bar.
