CHICKEN SUPREME 
3 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 cans French green beans, drained
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild and white rice
1 can celery soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 sm. jar chopped pimentos
1 can sliced, water chestnuts

Cook rice in chicken broth; mix all ingredients. Put in a large baking dish and bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. I sprinkled 1/2 cup grated light cheese over top and put bread crumbs over cheese.
