PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
2/3 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 tbsp. butter
1 (9") baked pie shell

Mix dry ingredients; add milk. Cook until thick, then boil for 2 minutes. Add half to egg yolks, then add to hot mixture. Cook 1 minute. Add peanut butter and butter. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill. Serve with cream or whipped topping.
