1 pkg. frozen or fresh broccoli
4 c. water
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 (16 oz.) Velveeta cheese

Cook broccoli until tender. Add soups, heat until warm. Add cheese, stir until mixed.
